These babies are officialy American royalty...with Mariah Carey as their mom, anything is possible.
Apparently the boy is named after The Moroccan Room (reports state that it some fancy room on the top level of their New York Apartment) where Nick proposed to Carey and the girl is obviously named after Marilyn Monroe.
So original...yawn.

Mariah Carey is an American R&B singer, songwriter, record producer and actress. She was born on March 27, 1920. She made her recording debut on 1990, in Columbia Records, an became the first recording artist to have her first five singles top the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart. and she got married by Tommy Mottola, in 1993, a series of hit records established her position as Columbia Records highest selling act. After a couple of years Maria Carey got a separation from Tommy Mottola, in 1997, she introduced elements of hip hop into her album work, to much initial success, but her popularity was in decline when she left Columbia, in 2001. She signed a record $80 million deal with Virgin Records, only to be dropped from the label and bought out her contract in the following year. This Radical turn of events was due to the highly publicized physical and emotional breakdown, as well as the poor reception that was given to Glitter, her film and soundtrack project. What is it with celebrities and twins… and now the diva has climb onto the bandwagon (as expected) with what seems to be her very own “Brady Bunch”
Earlier this week the pregnant superstar referred to her unburned child as “they” during an interview with Radio Disney. The 40-year old star discussed her upcoming album Christmas II and randomly joked "I just hope that they don''t turn out hating Christmas!"
According to reports Carey has not disclosed her due date and keeping her baby bump hidden away from us… it’s only a matter of time hun!

If rumours are to be believed, pop superstar Mariah Carey is dating actor and rapper Nick Cannon.According to reports, the pair hooked up after Cannon was hired to appear in Carey's new music video, E=MC2.
"Mariah fancied Nick immediately. He tickles her sides as well as her fancy," News of the World quoted a source as saying.
Meanwhile Mariah has admitted that she would love to have kids.
In an interview with E! Entertainment Radio, XM & Sirius, the 38-year-old singer expressed her desire to have kids.

Mariah Carey has teamed up with director Spike Lee to create a music video poking fun at herself.The video - titled ‘Lovers and Haters’ - will feature on Carey’s new concert DVD, ‘The Adventures of Mimi’, according to US reports.
It will showcase actors saying unkind things Carey has overheard about herself. One young woman says of 38-year-old Carey: “I heard that ain’t even her real voice. She keeps this great singer in the dungeon.
“She only gives her bread and water and takes her out when it’s time to record.”

Ask yourself a question. Would you ever want to watch Mariah Carey using the loo? Presumably the answer is no (if it's yes, get help, now), but Mariah thinks she's so bloody wonderful it's just the kind of thing any normal, heterosexual woman would want to witness.Having drunk a little too much at a recent VH1 Music Cares event, according to Rush & Molloy, Madam Mariah needed to empty her swollen bladder. Rather than behaving like a normal human being and discretely nipping off for a slash, she sent two of her burly bodyguards into the ladies ahead of her demanding that everyone in there left.
Two women, to their eternal credit, refused and stood their ground, in response to which one of Mariah's 'people' barked the ridiculous order: "If you're going to stay, you better not watch Mariah pee."
Which does make you wonder whether she usually leaves the door wide open or maybe just pisses in the sink.
