The tranquilizing Sepia collection inspired by the English watercolour that brings to mind vivid images of the seaside, soft vegetation and a somewhat overcast sky.
This contemporary and classical collection by Sepia is soon to be found at The LOOT. This collection crafted with sophistication in an essence of the old world charm embellished with slightly quirky fashion, lends itself to both day and evening in alarming simplicity.
Fluid silks and georgettes are cut into luxurious silhouettes, with quirky detailing. Satin stripes, watercolour prints, burnouts, silks are set off with denims and jersey to create a look that is at once easy and yet very rich. Detailing includes various textures created from yarns and fabrics, appliqués, satin, tapes etc.
These do not overwhelm the ensembles; instead add a touch of interest. It slides from sand, to reed yellows, moving on the pale aqua and teals that finally end in rich plantation browns and charcoal.
The LOOT is gearing up to welcome its newest acquired women’s brand ‘Sepia.’ This brand was launched in 2006 which is collaboration between Indian designers and Texport Syndicate, the largest clothing exporters Indian fashion venture.
