Last night saw Paul Smith and publisher Lawrence King join forces at Floral Street to launch "Modern Menswear" a book by Hywel Davies.
Modern Menswear showcases fashion leaders who are unconcerned with the formalities and traditions of menswear and see their garments as an expression of contemporary thought.
The book profiles big names and emerging talent from across the world who defy convention and are changing the fashion landscape.
Hwyel Davies has lectured at Central Saint Martins, London College of Fashion and the Royal college of Art.
Previously fashion editor at Sleazenation, he has also written for Arena, Jack, Vogue, Elle, Wallpaper, The Sunday Telegraph, Nylon, Dazed & Confused, Grafik, Show Studio and Time Out.
