This week’s Random Mav of the Week had a short stint here in Dallas from 1994-1997. He was a first round draft pick in 1989 to the Indiana Pacers with the seventh overall pick. He was in the league until 2002 and played with the Pacers, Mavs, Lakers, Suns, and Nuggets.

George’s best season of his career actually came as Maverick in 95-96 where he appeared in 79 games and averaged 18.9 points per game.

He returned in the 99-00 season and played in 71 games for the Mavericks. He averaged 6.2 points per game, and 3.8 rebound per game for his career.
