One of my all-time favorites is getting the recognition he deserves. The Detroit Pistons have decided to retire Dennis Rodman’s number 10 later this season.
Rodman, the eccentric rebounding specialist who helped the Pistons win NBA titles in 1989 and 1990, will be honored April 1 when the Pistons host the Chicago Bulls, a team Rodman won three championships with from 1996 to 1998.
It is fitting that the Pistons are holding the ceremony on April Fools. The guy is one of the greatest all-time rebounders and was so entertaining to watch on and off the court. I am kind of curious to see if the Bulls will also do the same with his number 91?
