Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week Spring/ Summer 2010 : Best Of Indian Fashion To Be On Display
Posted by pece at 5:44 AM Fashion Design Council of India(FDCI) announced the much awaited list of designers showcasing their collection at the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week Spring/ Summer 2010 (WIFW SS 2010) to be held from October 24–28, 2009 at Pragati Maidan,New Delhi. 110 designers will display the very best of Indian fashion under one roof, affording buyers and consumers the widest possible selection for men and women.WIFW Spring/Summer 2010 promises to be a world class event exhibiting the very best of Indian talent.
The 14th edition of India’s biggest fashion trade event will usher a new era of a unified fashion week represented by the best of India’s fashion industry, brought together on a cohesive platform for another season of cutting edge design, style and business. The unified fashion week will see the return of reputed Delhi designers such as Tarun Tahilliani, Ashish Soni, Rohit Bal, etc to the FDCI fold, while Mumbai’s crème de la crème designers - Wendell Rodricks & Narendra Kumar - will open WIFW SS 2010. Suneet Varma & Ritu Beri make a come back to the Pret ramp at WIFW. WIFW SS 2010 will see the work of debut designers who have shown flair, ingenuity and who have the right blend of creativity and commercial viability.
