The World Cup is now only 10 days away from kicking off and it looks as if some players aren’t very happy with the official game ball.
Several players are going all out in criticizing the new World Cup ball, with more than one comparing it to those bought at a supermarket.
And this time it's not only goalkeepers who are complaining. Strikers, defenders and midfielders are also lashing out at the Adidas ball less than two weeks before the monthlong tournament kicks off in South Africa on June 11.
Most people are probably thinking this isn’t a big deal, but the ball can make a huge difference, especially with the technology we have today. Kicking a ball is much different than throwing one and having control over where it is going is essential.
