FROM TCU- TCU defensive end Wayne Daniels has been named one of "10 fresh new faces for 2010" by CBSSports.com.
Daniels, named to the 2010 Rotary Lombardi Award Watch List, was a second-team All-Mountain West Conference selection in his first year as a starter last season.
A senior from Kilgore, Texas, Daniels placed second on TCU in 2009 with 5 1/2 sacks. He topped the Horned Frogs with two fumble recoveries and placed fourth with nine tackles for loss. He recorded a stop behind the line of scrimmage in nine of 13 games.
Daniels ranked sixth on TCU with 50 tackles last season, including a career-high eight in the 14-10 win at Clemson.
