As I posted on Wednesday, TCU head coach Gary Patterson will be going through the ESPN “car wash” tomorrow in Bristol. Boise State fans are up in arms about Patterson’s appearances on ESPN, which is funny because they are the same University that had its own PR firm last season. That is a different story though. Patterson will be appearing on many ESPN platforms on Friday as well as College Gameday on Saturday live from Wrigley Field. Here is his tentative schedule. I will try and keep everyone updated.
8:15 a.m. - Mike and Mike (ESPN2 and ESPN Radio)
10:20 a.m. - First Take (ESPN2)
10:45 a.m. - The Herd (ESPNU and ESPN Radio)
2:10 p.m. - SportsCenter (ESPNews)
2:30 p.m. - College Football Live (ESPN)
3:15 p.m.- Galloway and Company (103.3 ESPN Radio- Dallas)
3:30 p.m. - ESPN.com live chat
(all times Central)
Some of Patterson's other interviews will air on SportsNation and radio shows hosted by Scott Van Pelt, Doug Gottlieb and Freddie Coleman. There will also be spots with local ESPN outlets and Web sites.
GameDay is taking place at Wrigley Field as the Chicago Cubs' home will host the Northwestern and Illinois football game. Patterson will appear Saturday on the GameDay set at 9:20 a.m. CST.

This was recently “tweeted” by ESPN’s Chris Fowler. Utah held on to beat Air Force and as long as TCU holds on to their current 28-6 lead over UNLV, we will see ESPN’s College Gameday in Utah on the 6th for TCU/Utah.

If the Frogs and Utes remain undefeated before their matchup on November 6th, I don’t know how GameDay could justify not being at the TCU/Utah game.
According to a spokesman for ESPN, the Utes-Horned Frogs showdown is one of several games under consideration to host the Nov. 6 edition of “College GameDay.”
Clearly, we’re getting a little ahead of ourselves. ESPN won’t decide where to take its traveling roadshow until Sunday, Oct. 31.
And, clearly, whether Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso and Chris Fowler make the trek to Utah all depends on how the Utes and the Horned Frogs fare in the next few weeks. Both teams will be favored in their games between now and then, although both will have to beat No. 23 Air Force.
It’s a virtual certainty that if neither Mountain West Conference team loses, they will both be in the top 10 by Nov. 6. And that day there’s only one other possible matchup that could be anywhere near as attractive — current No. 12 Arkansas at No. 10 South Carolina.

Good news for College Football fans today as one of ESPN’s best and most popular TV shows is being expanded. ESPN’s College Gameday will now be one hour longer and include everyone’s favorite sideline reporter Erin Andrews.
USAToday.com
The Saturday morning show, which began 24 years ago as an hour-long studio show from ESPN's Connecticut studio but now attracts thousands as it airs at college campuses hosting big games, will run three hours starting at 9 a.m. ET, up from two hours and a 10 a.m. ET start last season. It also will be simulcast for the first time on ESPN Radio. The show will also allow Andrews, who is America's most-famous TV sideline reporter and who recently signed a new contract to stay at ESPN/ABC, to appear as a part-time host and feature reporter.

Yesterday was a very long day, but it was completely worth it. That was the most fun I have had at a football game in a very long time. It started with arriving at 8:00 AM for Gameday (that was late compared to the couple hundred that camped out) then onto tailgating, and the game. Here are my pictures…

Arriving at College Gameday
LOTS of signs!
This guy was walking his dog and cat at the same time, except the cat didn’t have to walk. It was just riding on the dogs back. It was awesome!
Tailgate
They got these guys to race on their Segways
Crowd
Yeah buddy!
TCU on offense
These aren’t my videos, but here are some really cool ones to watch from yesterday.
