We didn’t see this one coming…
It is reported that our very own Benoni girl, Charlize Theron will portray the life of Lady Diana in a feature film set for production later this year. Further media reports claim that Charlize will portray the life of the Princess during her relationship with bodyguard, Ken Wharfe and the film will be produced by Bafta winning producer, Stephan Evans.
… Well, there is always some twist and turn and here it is. Actress, Keira Knightley is also lined up to get into the shoes of late Lady Diana by portraying the Princess of Wales in an epic film also about the relationship with Wharfe.
Are you thinking what I’m thinking, of course you are – two films about the life of one of the world’s most powerful icons? It is confirmed that the producers of the respective films are not competing nor considered threats to each other as the storylines are vastly different.
Oscar-winning Actress, Dame Helen Mirren will join the Knighley cast to depict the life of Diana’s mother, Frances Shad Kydd. Apparently Buckingham Palace
