As I was sitting in my abnormal child psychology class the other day my teacher was talking about depression, and co morbid problems... and she said something that stuck me.

She said: "Life is shit sometimes"

I know, odd that struck me, but it really did...

Because it's 100% true.

Life sometimes dumps a big truckload of shit (read: poo) in our garden and we may either let it sit there and rot till it stinks up the whole neighborhood or we can grab a shovel and start planting a beautiful garden.

When that happens, what will you do?
