Yep, that is correct. "And this is what she said" has been open for exactly one year today... (well yesterday, but I am late getting around to publishing this.) It's been a year since I started this blog, (granted I was private for a good 4-5 months before going public) yet, it still seems like just yesterday I was starting. Time flies when you're having fun right?

Speaking of fun, here are some of my answers to a few blog questions....

1) When you started your blog did you think people would be reading it? - Like I mentioned earlier, my blog was private when I first started and I only allowed family members and friends to read it, when I took that big step and became public, I never in a million years would of guessed I would have the 365 followers I do now. I just love it! (and wow- 365 followers on a one year? what a coincidence!)

2) What has been your biggest fear in blogging? - Sometimes, I worry that I will upset someone by what I write or that people will just overlook some of my heartfelt messages, I want so much to save someone, to encourage someone, to help someone in the tiniest way, and I sometimes fear my blog will never do that, but I know someone out there is benefitting from my writing, even if it's just one person, it makes it entirely worth it +

3) What is your favorite blog post you've written? - Well not to toot my own horn or anything, but I have a lot of favorites. I think that I become attached to a lot of what I write.. not because I think I am a good writer, but because after I write it, I have a better understanding of myself, of why things happen the way they do, of why I feel the way I felt, and I can accept myself and everything I've been through... But here are a few of my absolute favorites: A letter to a younger me 20 freaking 1
My angel daddy and Love is a game (click the titles to read the post)

4) What have you learned most about blogging? - I've learned a gigantic amount of things: I learned that great friendships, don't always happen face to face. I learned that when you feel strongly about something, you should always show that regardless of the consequences. I learned that writing is an outlet to anything going on in your life good or bad, and that sharing it, can really help you.

5) What do you enjoy most about blogging? - Well, I being an aspiring writer of course like it for the writing, that I can share my dainty thoughts with the virtual world... but I also love the decorating, I've become a big fan of changing my blog up... and of course, the people are a given. I have fallen in love with how sincere people can be without having met you. It blows my mind +

6) Have you ever met anyone who reads your blog? If not, who would you like to meet? - Yes, actually I just recently have!! It was so exciting, I met, Brooke from Oofa Luffa Le just recently. It's amazing because not only is she just FABULOUS, she is one of the first blogs I started reading, so it really meant a lot to meet her. She is just as sweet and beautiful as she appears to be. (Not to mention her hair REALLY is as fabulous as she claims it to be. So jealous!) Of course, I wish to meet SOOOO many more of you!

7) Do you know when or plan to shut down your blog any time soon? - Absolutely not. I have no intentions of, and this is what she said, stopping at any time.. of course life gets crazy and there are times I'm sure I will be away, but I don't believe I will be going anywhere any time soon. ( I know, you can all relax and rejoice I'm staying - haha jk!)

This blog has become a huge part of my world. Yes, I did say a huge part, part being the key... I do have a life outside, but this Blog has been my go to, when I had a bad day. My own little world when I have something to say. My comfort when I need smiles and the outlet for me to reach people. I adore my blog like a mother would adore her child.

I have grown to love so many of you like I love my own siblings and family members. I have become closer friends with some of you than some of the friends I have in real life. I wouldn't trade anything in the world for the friendships I have gained, the laughs shared, and the amazing strength, courage, and inspiration, I have given and got in return. I + each one of you, and I hope you stick around for many more years!

Happy 1 year Blogversay! ++

Tell me why do you come back day after day?
