Country star, Billy Ray Cyrus (49) has filed for divorce from wife, Leticia Finley (43) after 17-years of marriage - gosh, just another day in Hollywood Cindy Smith in 1991 and now from Leticia. It seems that there's no 3rd party involved and the problems have been coming on for some time now.
Achy Breaky Heart... Tish, Billy Ray and daughter Miley.
Billy Ray cited irreconcilable differences and is seeking shared custody of their three minor children: Miley, Braison and Noah.
Billy Ray and Tish are the parents of teen megastar, Miley Cyrus.
