Mavs had their final practice this afternoon before heading to Las Vegas. Nothing earth shattering as far as the summer squad goes. Check out what Coach Darryl Armstrong and Ahmad Nivins had to say below.

A few quick updates on other things…

- Obviously the big news of the day is the Shawn Marion trade. I will have more on that later.

- Jason Kidd’s contract is being finalized and should be signed in the next couple of days. I was told “they are dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s.”

- Marcin Gortat did sign his offer sheet so the 7 day clock is ticking.

- There will be one big press conference for Kidd, Humphries, Marion, etc…once everyone gets back from Vegas.
