Well Frog fans, it’s the last weekend of the college football regular season which makes it TCU’s final opportunity to get into the BCS Championship game. Our hopes are in the hands of two teams at this point, Go Cocks and Go Beavers…Auburn takes on the South Carolina Gamecocks in the SEC Championship game and Oregon faces off against the Oregon State Beavers in another chapter of the Civil War rivalry.

By now, I am sure you know all the scenarios, but let’s break them down.

- If Auburn and Oregon both win….TCU will be in the Rose Bowl against Wisconsin on New Year’s Day.

- If Auburn wins and Oregon loses….TCU will be in the BCS Championship against Auburn.

- If Auburn loses and Oregon wins…This is where it gets dicey. If Auburn loses, I think TCU will be in the BCS Championship against Oregon, but it will be close. Auburn could lose the game but only potentially fall to #2. It basically comes down to how far the human voters drop Auburn with a loss.

- If Auburn loses and Oregon loses….All hell will break loose. TCU will be in the BCS Championship game against possibly Auburn, Wisconsin, or Stanford. Most likely Stanford or Auburn.

Get ready because Saturday will be another stressful day of watching college football. Luckily we don’t have to wait all night to know our fate, both games should be wrapped up by 6:30 PM or so.

2:30 CST- Oregon @ Oregon State (ABC)

3:00 CST- Auburn vs. South Carolina (CBS)

Arizona State upset Arizona on Thursday night, and Miami (OH) upset Northern Illinois on Friday night, so hopefully that is a sign of things to come this weekend.
