I was reading a blog earlier today and came across these comments…
Last season’s offensive coordinator Mike Schultz left for at job at Illinois which opened it up for something new and exciting. Schultz often took a lot of criticism for his conservative play calling and lack of putting points on the board. TCU will take a different approach this season having named co-offensive coordinators Jarrett Anderson and Justin Fuente. From all I can gather, look for the Frogs to open up the offense a little more this season.
Well, that was proven to be right. The Frogs offense was potent this season. The TCU offense averages 40.67 points per game and 469.08 yards per game, which both rank #4 in the country.
They have the players and experience to do something special this season.
Well, they went undefeated and were one second away from possibly heading to the National Championship game. Going undefeated isn’t easy no matter who you are.
Like I said above, they went undefeated and have top 10 offense and defense. There is nothing to show that this isn’t his best team.
The Frogs ran the table, won the Mountain West, and are playing in the Fiesta Bowl. Check, check, and check.
